Kari Everson is a Registered Nurse and licensed administrator with over 25 years of experience. Kari strongly believes that long-term senior care isn’t just another sub-field of healthcare, but a critical specialty in and of itself.

Marilyn Chambers, MSN, RN, PHN, LALD
Marilyn is an experienced home care and public health nurse. Her areas of expertise include clinical education, professional and paraprofessional training, and clinical services.
She has presented and published materials on a variety of health-related issues and is on the faculty of Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota. |
Connie Dreyer, MSN, RNConnie is an experienced home care nurse and administrator. With over 30 years of home care experience, she has worked in clinical, leadership and regulatory roles. Her background spans assisted living, private duty, and Medicare-certified agencies. She is also a part-time surveyor for the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) and serves on the faculty of Bethel University.

Cathy Griffin, BS, LALDCathy has over 40 years of experience in health and human services and more than 30 years developing programs in need long-term services and supports. She has worked in a variety of settings including county and state human service agencies, a non-profit health system, a for-profit home health agency, the state education agency, the state department of health, and her own consulting organization.
Cathy is a founding member and former president of the National Alliance for Medicaid in Education and volunteered with the MN Twins for 25 years to raise funds for their Community Fund. |
Pat Chamberlain, BAN, RN, PHN, COS-CPat is an experienced homecare nurse and educator. She has 40 years of nursing experience with a background in cardiac nursing, home infusion, homecare, and clinical education in homecare.
Pat’s primary areas of focus are orientation, education, and home infusion, Medicare guidelines, and OASIS documentation. She is certified in OASIS C. She is also a clinical Educator for Medicare-certified home health agencies. |
Leigh Olson, RN, LALD, DC/DMLeigh's background is in Assisted Living and Home Care leadership. Leigh's focus at HCC is as Interim Director of Nursing (DON) and Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD).
Leigh is an Army veteran and a married mother of two. Fun fact: Leigh attended boarding school in New Hampshire for high school. Outside of consulting, Leigh enjoys cooking, gardening, thrifting, family game night, boating & fishing. |
Geri Wagner, RN, BSN, MMAGeri has worked for over 35 years in home care, hospice, assisted living and residential hospice. Her areas of focus include policies and procedures, staff training and development, oversight for compliance with state, federal and accreditation requirements, quality improvement, strategic planning and fiscal and clinical management.
Geri has served on numerous Minnesota Home Care committees and has testified before the state legislature on issues related to home care. |
